We want to assure you that we do not sell, rent, or share this information with any third parties. You have the right to opt-out of any future communications.


How much do your foreign language classes cost?
Prices vary based on the type of course being offered.

How many students are in a group class?

The number of students in group classes will vary based on the popularity of a language and the difficulty level of the course. Typically, group classes range from 3-6 people in a class, but do not exceed 10 students. 

Do you operate on a semester schedule?
No, we operate on a rolling schedule, so new class schedules are posted approximately every few weeks, or sooner.

What happens if I miss a class?
Private or Semi-Private classes can be rescheduled provided that the institute is given a 24-hour notice or 48-hour notice for Monday classes. Students who miss a group class have the option of attending an alternate group course of equal level if available, or scheduling a 1-hour catch-up class to make-up for what has been missed, both for a fee.
  Digital resources are available and we are constantly working to provide quality materials for our students. 


Private classes are non-refundable and non-transferable after the registration date. Only classes canceled or rescheduled by Atlanta Institute of Language Corporation will allow for a refund. 


Private classes are a 2 hour minimum per session. 


A. Rescheduling of Private or Semi-Private classes on Mondays require a 48-hour notice. All other days require a 24 hour notice.

B. All private class rescheduling need to be notified to the institute via EMAIL. Phone calls for rescheduling will not be accepted. 


C. All students who take confirmed private classes (regardless of the day of the week) are given a MAXIMUM of two (2) rescheduling opportunities. After the two (2) rescheduling opportunities, classes will not be rescheduled under any circumstances. 


D. Classes will be charged but class notes will still be provided. Books and materials are non-refundable if used in private class settings required by the client.

E. In the event students stop taking classes for a period of time, all private and semi-private class credit will expire within 12 months after any inactivity.

Returned checks will be electronically processed along with associated fees.


I acknowledge and agree with these policies.

Will I receive a certificate at the end of the course?
Yes! A certificate can and will be provided upon request upon successful completion of language course.

How do I pay for my classes?

All classes are filled on a first-come, first-paid basis. We require payment in advance for all classes. We do not hold spots without payment in full. Corporate training programs must also be paid in advance and may require a deposit. What is your refund policy?

Classes are non-refundable and non-transferable:

  • Twenty-four (24) hours before the start date for the registered class

  • After the start date for the registered class


If a student withdraws before the classes start:

A. For a refund, a $100 (One Hundred Dollars) withdrawal fee will be deducted from the original cost of the entire class session. 

B. Within Five (5) Business Days before the start date of a class, students will only be refunded 50% of the original cost of the entire class session. 

If class start dates are pushed back to a later date and the student agrees, then the refund policies stated above will apply based on the new start date for classes.  

Only classes canceled or rescheduled by Atlanta Institute of Language Corp will allow for a refund in full. Group classes cannot be cancelled nor rescheduled. Missed classes can be made up for an additional fee. Books and materials are non-refundable. Returned checks will be electronically processed along with associated fees. 

Note: If any pandemic takes place during your classes, classes will have to be transitioned to online classes until the pandemic is over for everyone's safety.
