COURSE LEVEL DESCRIPTIONS

Below is a basic overview of the skill levels we offer. If you are uncertain which level is right for you, our trained staff will perform verbal and/or written assessments to ensure correct placement.
We may also provide you with materials for independent study prior to your course start date. Our goal is to make certain you are prepared for our challenging curriculum so that you can have a positive experience and succeed in meeting your language learning goals. 100 LEVEL CLASSES
Introductory level that covers basic pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary. Focus is on building the foundation for conversational mastery of the language. Fast-paced coursework that allows each student many opportunities to practice their verbal skills.
200 LEVEL CLASSES
For those that have completed a 100 level course or have some previous basic foreign language training. For those coming to AIL with some experience, catch-up materials from level 101 may be provided to ensure a strong foundation in our curriculum.
300 | 400 | 500 | 600 LEVEL COURSES
Students that have successfully completed an intermediate level curriculum or passed an assessment exam. Placement will be determined on both written and verbal testing to ensure students are placed properly. Catch-up classes are offered at a discount rate for students that may test in between levels and wish to participate in the higher level course.
700 | 800 | 900 LEVEL COURSES
Students that have successfully completed Advanced level courses or passed an assessment exam. Conversational based classed conducted primarily in the language being studied. Students are asked to prepare discussion topics based on themes decided by the class. Instructors act as moderators and provide ongoing feedback and training to ensure fluency and mastery of the language.
1000 LEVEL CLASSES
Geared for business professionals. Our standard curriculum based on common business terminology and designed for those with little to no foreign language experience.
Other levels available for companies wanting custom employee training programs geared toward a specific industry. Courses are available onsite or can be hosted via live webinars for corporate programs.

Engaging instruction designed specifically for the younger learners. We keep classes small so that all students have an opportunity to practice, ask questions and have fun with the learning process.
FAMILY GROUP CLASSES
Specialty Class designed for families of three (3) or more. Instruction covers our standard curriculum material. Available in our standard 2 hour session for additional speaking practice time, or an intensive 90 minute session. Please inquire for current offerings.
VIRTUAL CLASSROOM NEW!
Introducing our newest course - LIVE! Virtual Classroom. Grab your lunch and learn a new language!
On level classes are offered as 10 week sessions and are one hour long.
Open topic sessions take place once a week. Single pass or monthly all-access (that includes access to recordings and any class notes) are available. Limited language selection. Please check individual language pages for availability.
PRIVATE | TUTORING
Private, One-on-One instruction allows students to progress at their own pace and cover topics specific to their learning needs. Semi-Private (2 students) sessions are also available. Courses can be held at AIL facility, at your location or virtually. Please call 404.444.1532 to schedule classes.
CORPORATE TRAINING
AIL consultants will work with you to build an employee training program that fits your unique needs. Classes can be hosted at AIL, at your facility or online. Contact us today to set-up your custom language program.
We offer various class options to suit each student's unique needs. Whether you speak English and want to learn another language, or whether you speak another language and want to learn English, we can help you reach your language goals. We are in the process of becoming an officially US certified foreign language school. We have gone through rigorous qualifications to reach this official status.
